Chiropractic care is a branch of healthcare that focuses on assessing and managing conditions of the spine, joints, muscles, and the nervous system. The goal of treatment is to enhance mobility, ease pain, and promote better overall body function.
-
Your body is designed to move, adapt, and function at its best. When pain, injury, or restricted movement interfere with daily life, chiropractic care can help restore mobility, improve function, and support your body's natural ability to recover.
At Movintra Chiropractic, we take the time to understand your individual needs, identify the underlying cause of your symptoms where possible, and create a personalised treatment plan tailored to your goals. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing persistent pain, or looking to improve your overall movement and wellbeing, our focus is on helping you move with greater confidence and comfort.
Our approach combines hands-on chiropractic care with evidence-informed advice, rehabilitation exercises, and education, empowering you to take an active role in your recovery and long-term health.

Chiropractic treatment is widely regarded as a safe and effective form of care when provided by a qualified and registered chiropractor. As with many healthcare treatments, some people may experience mild, short-term effects after an adjustment, such as temporary soreness, stiffness, fatigue, or a mild headache. These symptoms are usually short-lived and resolve within a day or two.
Before beginning any treatment, your chiropractor will carry out a thorough assessment, discuss your health history, and explain the proposed treatment plan, including any potential benefits and risks. If you have any questions or concerns, we encourage you to discuss them with your chiropractor so you can make an informed decision about your care.

The chiropractor at Movintra Chiropractic is registered with the Chiropractic Association of Ireland. Many health insurance plans in Ireland include benefits for chiropractic care. As cover varies between providers and individual policies, we recommend checking with your health insurer to see what you're entitled to claim.
If you have any questions about receipts or documentation needed for your claim, we're happy to help.

A deposit is required to secure your appointment and reserve your chosen time specifically for you. As a small independent practice, appointment times are limited, and the deposit helps ensure that your appointment time is reserved and allows us to manage our availability effectively.
The deposit is deducted from the total cost of your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule in advance, your deposit can be carried over and credited towards your next appointment, provided a new appointment is booked.
In the event of a no-show, the deposit will be retained and will not be credited towards a future appointment.
